Trudi Santini
Business Manager
Trudi began with our office in 2001 as our front office coordinator, but has been working in dental offices since she was a teenager. She is now responsible for handling all dental accounts, financial consulting, HIPAA issues, and insurance questions. Trudi oversees many of the operations throughout the office.
When not in the office, Trudi enjoys watching the latest movies, cooking, watching football, and spending time with her family.
Caroline Mendiola
Scheduling coordinator
Caroline is the first voice you hear on the phone and the first smile that greets you as you walk in the door. She is responsible for office correspondence and helping our patients find an appointment for emergencies or routine care.
Yes, Caroline is also a family member. She is Dr. Fletcher’s daughter (#5 child in the family). She is currently a college student pursuing a degree in philosophy.

Although Denise is new to our office, she was Dr. Fletcher’s first intern and has worked and taught with him since 1998. She also works as a dental assistant with an Expanded Functions license, allowing her to work independently with patients in our office (similar to a Physician’s Assistant).
Denise and her husband Chad live in Oakdale where they are busy raising and cheering for their daughter and son at most Oakdale High School sporting events.
She loves to explore California and looks forward to every opportunity to visit the coast.
Shelley Wyatt
RDA
Shelley has been a dental assistant since 1991. She is well loved by our patients and enjoys getting to know each and every one of them. She assists Dr. Fletcher in most general and surgical procedures.
When she's not in the office, Shelley is busy helping her husband, Paul, run their family diner in Hughson, CA. She also enjoys antique sales and has her own booth at Miss Pott’s Attic in Hughson. When she is not discovering her next antique treasure, she loves to explore the Sierra Nevadas or California coastline with her husband and three sons.
Debbie MItchell
RDA
Debbie has been a dental assistant with our office since 1998. She has the most experience assisting Dr. Fletcher and has exceptional skills in all aspects of general, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Her strengths include patience and gentleness with all of our patients (not to mention Dr. Fletcher!).
Debbie and her husband John live locally and are busy parents and grandparents. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with the dental van and dedicates extra time to her church. She has also never met a stray animal that she didn’t welcome home.
Serena Martinez
RDA
We're thrilled to introduce Serena, our latest addition to the dental team! She's been in the dental field since 2020 and is excited about advancing her career by attending school to become an RDA with Extended Functions. Serena's loves assisting with oral surgery cases and making sure our patients have the best possible experience here at Fletcher Dentistry.
Outside of the office, Serena leads an active life. She loves working out, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, grooving to music, and spending quality time with her family and favorite dogs. We're fortunate to have her on board, and we can't wait for you to meet her!
Our Dental Hygienists
Lana Pope
RDH
You may remember Lana as the smile that greeted you at the front door (back in the early 2000’s). Since then she has been a dental hygienist for over 15 years. If you would like an appointment with Lana, she is available Mon-Thurs.
When she is not making smiles sparkle, walking her cats in a stroller or helping Dr. Fletcher fine tune his 1980's music playlist, you can link here to find her practicing Bowen Therapy, Skin Care and Pilates at her private studio.

Ashley denlinger
RDH
Ashley has literally grown up in our office. Before choosing a career as a dental hygienist she and her siblings were all patients of Dr. Fletcher. Ashley does her best everyday to remind Dr. Fletcher just how old he actually is. Ashley is available to see patients Tuesdays.
When Ashley is not in the office, she and her husband John enjoy their son and their new baby twin girls and love to exploring the great outdoors together.
Stephanie Bates
RDH
Stephanie originally worked as a temp hygienist with our office. We loved her so much that we asked her to join us and we are thankful she agreed. She is now in the office Mon-Thur. She loves dental hygiene, loves educating her parents on good oral health, but really just loves getting to know her patients!
After work, you can find Stephanie at the baseball field watching her son play little league or watching her daughter enjoy gymnastics.
She and her husband Jarod live locally with their three children. Want to become her favorite patient? Ask her anything about Disneyland!
Kayla Alison
RDH
Kayla is our newest addition to the hygiene team. She works in our office on Wednesdays and Thursdays and if you think Dr. Fletcher brings energy to the office, wait until you meet Kayla. She encourages his love for classic rock and classic country music.
When she’s not in the office, you will find her outdoors riding horses or standing next to her favorite stream. She enjoys fishing, Fly-Fishing, and catching monster steelhead trout!
Kayla is currently pursuing the path of Nursing at Merced College.
Our Office “Therapy Dog”
Champ The Black Lab
Champ was rescued as a 5-ish year old black lab from Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno. He was abandoned on the side of the road and found with a huge infected wound on the side of his neck. He was rushed for emergency surgery, and X-rays revealed that one of Champ’s hips was completely out of socket. He was also treated for double ear infections and if that was not enough to overcome, he was tipping the scales at 115lbs. Stick around and follow Champ and Dr. Fletcher as they walk to work and lose 35lbs together!
Champ a big gentle guy who has worked through the boundless energy that Labs are known for having. Rather than constant activity, Champ is quick to find a piece of floor to occupy. He loves people of all sizes. He sleeps in Dr. Fletcher’s private office, so let us know if you need a furry friend to pet or hug at your next visit.
