POSITION AVAILABLE: Dental Associate
Is this the job you have been waiting for?
Before you submit your resume and application, we want you to consider the office you are applying for:
Fletcher Dentistry is NOT your typical dental office and we don’t want to be.
POSITIVITY: At Fletcher Dentistry, we don’t just fill cavities—we fill lives with laughter, care, and unforgettable smiles. Of course we provide high-quality, honest, patient-focused care in a comfortable, modern, high-tech environment. But it’s not just about what we do—it’s about how we make people feel. We emphasize a positive environment where we expect our team members and patients to feel good both while they are here and when they leave.
TEAMWORK: That sounds cliché, but in our office we take that a step further and expect each of our staff members to recognize how their skills and gifts are vitally important to our total care for our patients. Dr. Fletcher and each employee interacts with others on the team and with our patients in a unique way and we want to emphasize those strengths.
AN EXPERIENCE: At Fletcher Dentistry we go beyond dental care to create an experience for our patients. As guests to our practice, we focus on hospitality that provides the best possible dental experience from the greeting on the phone to welcoming them through our front door to the wave goodbye as the patient leaves. The building, the treatment, the equipment, the sights, the sounds and every team member they interact with are part of their total experience. We turn “I hate the dentist” into “I love Fletcher Dentistry!”
