Therefore, PRIOR to EVERY PROCEDURE we will require you to give us your consent and acknowledge that we have discussed the risks, the benefits and the alternatives for each material, method and procedure we have scheduled. We know it's a lot of paperwork, but informed consent encourages you to ask us questions and protects you from any treatment you do not completely understand.
