7:00AM SET-UP/Breakfast
8:00AM - 12:30 Presentation with breaks at 9am/10am/11am
12:30 Lunch together/Onsite or Offsite
DR. FLETCHER WILL LEAVE YOU WITH MULTIPLE TAKE HOME STRATEGIES AS WELL AS FOLLOWING UP WITH THE LEADERSHIP TEAM TO MAKE THESE PRINCIPLES A LASTING SUCCESS IN YOUR OFFICE.

STEP ONE: Contact Dr. Fletcher below to coordinate date, time and location for your retreat.
STEP TWO: Your Leadership Team takes the RHETI Enneagram and Reads/Listens to the book: Start With Why
STEP THREE: Meet with Dr. Fletcher to finalize plans, goals, expectations for event. Also finalize location and schedule
STEP FOUR: At least two weeks prior to event, all office staff/participants will take the Enneagram test and submit results to Dr. Fletcher.
