• STEP ONE: Establish a date/location.

• STEP TWO: Dr. Ahani’s Leadership Team takes Enneagram Test and Reads/Listens to the book: The Road Back To You
  -Needs leadership team names and emails - Dr. Fletcher will provide a link to the test.

• STEP THREE: Dr. Fletcher and Leadership Team meet to discuss plans, goals, expectations for event. Finalize date/location, schedule and customize content.

• STEP FOUR: At least two weeks prior to event, all office staff/participants will take the Enneagram test and submit results to Dr. Fletcher/Leadership Team. Names/Results.

• STEP FIVE: Day of event needs: Isolated/private gathering space for entire team, Large display (HDMI Connection), Coffee/Snacks/Breakfast (your choice)

SAMPLE SCHEDULE FOR DAY OF EVENT

7:30AM Breakfast/Set-up/Dr. Fletcher and team arrive

8:00AM - 12:30 Presentation with breaks at 9am/10am/11am

12:30 Lunch together/Onsite or Offsite
