WILL YOU SEE ME IN THE OFFICE?

Yes, No, or Maybe.

Dr. Fletcher is treating ONLY Emergency Patients in the office at this time and only for patients not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. You will be screened prior to appointment

DO YOU HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND PROTECTION TO SEE DENTAL PATIENTS?

Yes, Dr. Fletcher has a very limited supply of proper protective equipment to treat emergency patients in the office. As long as he has the equipment, he is available to treat patients.

WHEN WILL YOU RESUME NORMAL OPERATION?

At this point, we have not been provided with a clear start date for normal operations. As soon as we know, all rescheduled appointments will be rescheduled as soon as possible. We will be working extended hours to meet the need.

WHAT IF I AM AT HIGH RISK FOR EXPOSURE TO COVID-19?

If you are in a high risk group for exposure to Covid-19. Dr. Fletcher will meet with you for a VIRTUAL ONLINE CONSULTATION. Please do not come to the office.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS CURRENTLY?

At this point, our office hours vary day to day based on the need. Dr. Fletcher sees only urgent emergencies and those are scheduled individually.

WE have increaseD our infection control practices to consider the COVID-19 pandemic in the following ways:

1. SOCIAL DISTANCING

We are encouraging “Social Distancing” to allow the least amount of personal contact in our office. Here is how you can help keep all of us less-exposed during dental treatment:

  • When you arrive at your appointment, stay in your car.

  • Send us a text or call us at 209-613-9400 to let us know that you have arrived.

  • If we are prepared for you, we will bring you back.

  • If not, remain in your car and we will call you and bring you directly into the office.

  • You will be greeted at the door and you will be given a mask to wear. You will have your temperature taken and you will also have one screening form to fill our.

2. SURFACE TREATMENT

  • All of our clinical surfaces are disinfected between patients.

  • For all non-clinical surfaces (door knobs, counter tops, waiting room) we are doing regular wipe downs with disinfectants.

3. COVID-19 SCREENING FORM

  • For any patient treated in our office, we will be screening for COVID-19 and taking your temperature prior to treatment.

  • The form is available here if you would like to see what we are asking/requiring. Feel free to print it out and complete ahead of time.

  • Anyone responding as a potential exposure, you will not be seen and we will refer you to the local health department for recommended treatment or potential self-quarantine.
